Developing and managing data pipelines to ensure the smooth flow of data from various sources into Snowflake. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and understand business needs. Performing data modeling, transformation, and enrichment activities to prepare data for analysis and reporting. Optimizing Snowflake performance through query tuning, index optimization, and workload management. Implementing data governance frameworks and security measures to ensure data integrity and privacy. Monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines and Snowflake environments to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Engineer, specifically working with Snowflake as the primary data platform. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with complex SQL queries and optimization. Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data integration techniques. Knowledge of cloud data platforms, preferably Snowflake, and related
technologies. Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications in Snowflake or related technologies are a plus.
